This cute beach house has a deep sunny verandah perfect for relaxing on long summer evenings, inside is a lounge with books, games and huge smart TV, great for family movie nights or a rainy day in. The main house has two bedrooms, a queen and a single opening into the living area. Open plan living, kitchen and dining leads through to the laundry and bathroom. Following on from here is a back deck with outdoor dining area and huge backyard, fantastic for games of cricket or running around with the kids. Close to the back door is the sleep-out featuring a queen bed, 4 single bunks and its own bathroom. This is a great set up for friends or two families to share or for a holiday with the grandparents.
